Hello, and thank you for checking out my page! 

I'm a Health Education Specialist located in rural Missouri, and I love to help others in the areas of health and wellness. I have my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Fitness, and my Master's in Exercise Physiology along with a Master's Certificate in Public Health. 

More recently, I've also been writing on the topics of lifestyle and mindset, as well as relationship happiness after some unfortunate and unexpected experiences in this area, and samples of this style of work can be found on my home page as well!
